Welcome to our cozy cottage in Pyhätunturi! This beautifully decorated cottage is located in a quiet location near Pyhä National Park and offers the perfect base for your holiday. The cottage has three bedrooms with comfortable beds and a spacious living room where you can relax in the warmth of the fireplace and enjoy the stunning view of the fell landscape.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and you can enjoy your meals either indoors or outdoors on the terrace, which offers stunning views of the surrounding nature. The cottage also has a sauna, where you can relax after a day of skiing or hiking.

The cottage is located a short walk from the slopes of Pyhätunturi and the stunning hiking trails of Pyhä-Luosto National Park. In winter you can enjoy winter sports such as downhill skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing, and in summer you can hike, cycle or fish in Lake Pyhäjärvi.

"Hygge is a Norwegian and Danish word that refers to a feeling of comfort and coziness, which is also associated with well-being and a serene mood. As a cultural phenomenon and in terms of related practices, hygge has roughly the same meaning in both Norwegian and Danish, but in Denmark the idea of hygge is more central than in Norway. By the standards of Danish culture, it is a relatively young phenomenon, from the late 20th century to the present day.

In Danish, hygge refers to “a sense of everyday togetherness” and “a pleasant and highly valued feeling of security, equality and spiritual presence, as well as a spontaneous, social flow”[1]. Hygge is represented, for example, by wrapping yourself up in a warm blanket after a rainy day or by having a cozy Sunday brunch with good friends.
